“Kellie was an enormous help to me when I was going through a particularly difficult and stressful time in my career. Kellie brought understanding without judgement and there was a real focus on understanding the why and not just addressing the symptoms. What I learnt and discovered during my sessions with Kellie, I carry with me today.”

“I would not be the self-aware, happy and resilient person that I am today without Kellie. Through kindness, insight and patience, Kellie has helped me to grow and to understand myself and how I can best deal with life’s challenges by taking responsibility and accountability for my choices and actions. I am extremely grateful for Kellie’s approach to my healing and growth and the time and help that she has given to me not only in my darkest hours but at all times. I am a happier and healthier person because of Kellie.”

“Kellie adopts a supportive and positive approach to her counselling which felt extremely different to what I had experienced before when seeking professional help. The clinical approach that is so often applied in this area did not personally resonate with me. Kellie held space for me to be able to discover my own ability to reframe perceived negative challenges that were happening in my life as real opportunities for growth and change for the better. Her gentle guidance inspired me to dig deeper and consider things in a completely new light. It sounds cliché but her sessions have really changed my life and what I have learned from her I carry with me daily, not just when faced with obstacles, but in the way I live. To say that I look forward to our sessions would be an understatement.”

“Kellie brings an authentic and calming approach to counselling. She is quickly able to cut through the stress of a situation to bring a rational focus. Her natural ability to see what isn’t so obvious to oneself brings much needed clarity. She easily creates trust and has added immense value to my own personal skills in dealing with life’s challenges. These skills stay with you and become transferable to various situations. I would highly recommend Kellie as a source of support and inspiration.”

“At a time when I was “stuck” in my life, paralysed with indecision and procrastination, I sought counselling from Kellie. She was an attentive listener and assisted me with a reasoned discussion of my options, and showed insight into my anxieties and unhelpful coping methods. I found her to be a balanced and empathic counsellor without showing any condescending or judgemental qualities. With her assistance I could better appreciate my own unhelpful thinking and move towards a positive outcome.”
